3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: money laundering, identity fraud, or the unauthorised use of another person's credit or debit card. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be terminated immediately and relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. bonus888 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services outside the scope of this platform's operations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform: using bots or automated scripts, sharing accounts, creating multiple accounts, abusing promotions, and any form of collusion between players.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the bonus888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and available local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name. bonus888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or where suspicious activity is detected. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected method and the verification procedures required.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registered bank account details. bonus888 will not be held liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the user.
Any attempt to reverse, cancel, or dispute a legitimate transaction through a third party (such as a bank or credit card company) without the platform's knowledge and consent is considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
